Aromas are of lifted, lively red & black plums & damsons. The palate comprises open, soft, ripe, juicy plum fruit, that is supported by fresh acid. The fruit on the mid palate fades quite quickly, giving way to some slightly astringent tannins. Alcohol is in balance & the finish has reasonable length.
